This is a Stitching Studio where you can bring any unfinished Sue projects to work on with Sue by your side!

Jen Kingwell's Puzzle Piecing
Two-day Class:
June 13-15, 10:30am - 4:30pm
During this workshop we will be exploring the possibilites of using all our orphan blocks and pieces left over from other projects and turning them into a masterpiece. Or you can start making your own sampler style quilt using one of Jen's patterns: Delilah, Green Tea and Sweet Beans, Long Time Gone or any blocks from the range of tempters. We encourage you to bring ufp’s with to build upon but you are also welcome to begin a brand new project and to learn tips and tricks for hand piecing.

Ron Collins' Retreats
Two available sessions in MAY to choose from:

Bring your favourite patterns and muslins to uncover tips and techniques for fitting. Go home with patterns altered just for you.

Ron Collins' Patterns Alterations
One Session Class:
July 24 - 10:30am-4:30pm
In this hands-on workshop you will learn how to identify the fitting problems and how to solve them. Ron will show how to correct fitting problems regarding raising or lowering bust fullness in a princess seam, adding in a dart when a pattern requires one, moving a horizontal underarm dart to a vertical waist dart, altering for a small bust and increasing full bust for a princess seam. Along with pant alterations for knock and bowed legs, full and protruding seat, flat seat and many more.

Monthly Gatherings
Friday Frenzie
Pizza dinner will be served so all you have to do is clear your calendar and grab your projects! This studio time is one Friday each month - 10:30am-7pm
Thread Therapy
This gathering is on the 1st Tuesday of every month, starting at 5:30 pm (or whenever your schedule will get you there) - 9:00 pm, and get ready for some serious thread therapy.
Stitching with Marilyn
Sit & Stitch with Marilyn is the first Tuesday of every month - 10:30am-1:30pm
Wendy Innes' Stitching Studio
Come for three hours of stitching with Wendy Innes, 1-4pm, once a month! Bring any of Wendy's project to work on and she'll be there for any questions you have.Click below for dates.

Weeklong Studios
These three days of independent study are the perfect opportunity for you to finish up your ongoing projects or perhaps start a few new ones! The hope is that this will provide you with the space and time to stitch, stitch, stitch. Friday night dinner will be provided, but for the rest of the week meals are on your own.
Finishing School
A time to finish those projects that are waiting to be completed. Bring your quilt projects to work on in a supportive and social setting. Come and get tips on your projects that are anywhere on their way to being finished with Edith. Dessert and tea will be provided. Studio is available one Sunday per month - 10am-2pm
