Scrappy Windows pattern from Lo & Behold Stitchery - 18" pillow size
Scrappy Windows is based on a traditional quilt block that gained popularity in the 1930s and is reminicent of beautiful stained glass windows seen in historical buildings and cathedrals. It's construction uses a fun and unique method of folded fabric and turned edges to create frames around "windows". These frames can showcase fussy cut prints and/or your favorite fabrics. Due to this unique sewing technique, the quilt top is made of multiple layers of fabric, which explains the elevated fabric requirements.
