Shipping & Returns


For orders with all products in stock, we ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. 

For orders with backordered or pre-ordered items, we ship once all items are in stock – if you would like in-stock items shipped immediately, please place two different orders. 

We ship within Canada and to the US via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, UPS, and FedEx, internationally with Canada Post.

In order to be able to track orders, we do not ship Letter Mail Canada Post – it's never fun when a shipment gets lost or delayed and we don't have the ability to even try to track it down! 

Shipping options and prices are presented and calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on all unopened or defective goods. Sorry, no returns on cut fabric - all sales final.
Unwanted, but not defective, goods will be refunded minus the cost of return shipping to us. 
Defective goods will be refunded in full, aside from unlikely but potential imperfections in cut fabric. If there is an issue regarding your
cut fabric, you may be asked to provide additional information or photos at which time a shop credit may be issued if necessary.

Block of the Month

Registration and payments are non-refundable.

Enrolling in a Block of the Month program is a monthly commitment for the duration of the program (as described in the BOM description). 

Your credit card will be billed monthly with the new release of each block-of-the-month until the program completes.
