Politique d'expédition

 

For orders with all products in stock, we ship orders within 1 to 2 business days. 

For orders with backordered or pre-ordered items, we ship once all items are in stock – if you would like in-stock items shipped immediately, please place two different orders. 

We ship within Canada and to the US via Canada Post Expedited Parcel, UPS, and FedEx, as well as internationally with Canada Post. 

When we ship, we will choose the most cost-effective carrier to ship your order to you with – for example, if you choose Canada Post at checkout, because it's the cheapest option quoted (website shipping quotes are not 100% accurate), we may elect to ship UPS if it's the same price (which means faster, more reliable service). 

In order to be able to track orders, we do not ship Letter Mail Canada Post – it's never fun when a shipment gets lost or delayed and we don't have the ability to even try to track it down!
