For orders with all products in stock, we ship within 1 to 2 business days.

For orders containing backordered or pre-ordered items, we ship once all items are in stock. If you would like in-stock items shipped immediately, please place two separate orders.

We ship within Canada, to the U.S., and internationally. Carriers include Canada Post Expedited Parcel, UPS, and Purolator, as well as international shipping via Canada Post.

When we ship, we select the most cost-effective carrier to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently. For example, if you choose Canada Post at checkout but UPS provides the same cost with faster, more reliable service, we may choose UPS.

For free shipping or $10 flat-rate orders, the shipping option will be chosen at the discretion of OOH. If you prefer a specific courier, please select it at checkout.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is placed.

In the rare case of a move or address issue, we will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee successful delivery.

We do not ship Letter Mail via Canada Post to ensure that every order can be tracked reliably.

Once your package leaves our shop, all tracking and courier issues are handled by the carrier. We will always do our best to assist with any delivery problems, but resolution ultimately depends on the services of the courier.
