Our Return Policy

We take great pride in offering high-quality fabrics and sewing supplies. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help. Please review our return policy below for details on how to process a return or exchange, whether you shopped with us in-store or online.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store may be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. 
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. 
  • We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged, cut, or missing original packaging.
  • FINAL SALE: all sale items, cut fabric, precuts, bundles & kits, patterns, threads, and personal care items like local handmade soap and lotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 


Online Purchases

Items purchased online may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. 
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. 
  • We cannot accept returns on items that are damaged, cut, or missing original packaging.
  • FINAL SALE: all sale items, cut fabric, precuts, bundles & kits, patterns, threads, and personal care items like local handmade soap and lotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective goods will be refunded in full, aside from unlikely but potential imperfections in cut fabric. If there is an issue regarding your cut fabric, you may be asked to provide additional information or photos, at which time a shop credit may be issued if necessary.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is approved. We do not hold items for exchanges, and all exchanged items are considered final sale. 


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method, minus the cost of return shipping. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund. 
 

Pre-Orders

Please refer to individual listings for approximate ship dates on each Pre-Order listing. Pre-ordered listings are an opportunity to purchase fabrics before their official arrival date. Pre-ordered fabrics are prioritized upon arrival, cut, and shipped before being available on the floor. 

We suggest ordering Pre-Order fabric and Ready-To-Ship fabric/ items separately – if you do order items together, they will all be shipped together when the Pre-Order arrives. If you decide afterward you would like your items shipped separately, additional postage will be required.

FINAL SALE still applies for orders that include Ready-To-Ship (in-stock items) & Pre-Orders: all sale items, cut fabric, precuts, bundles & kits, patterns, threads, and personal care items like local handmade soap and lotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Block of the Month Policies

Registration and payments are non-refundable.

Enrolling in a Block of the Month program is a monthly commitment for the duration of the program (as described in the BOM description). 
Your credit card will be billed monthly with the new release of each block-of-the-month until the program completes.
