Worry Dolls Quilt Pattern by Kellie Wulfsohn of Don't Look Now

Worry Dolls are a tradition of the Guatemalan Children. They make tiny little dolls from sticks and fabric threads. The children then tell all of their worries to their dolls, and the doll takes care of the problem while they are sleeping. The bright colours and playful characters combine beautifully making this such a fun project that any child would love! This pattern includes complete instructions and full-sized pattern sheets, to create this fun cuddle quilt and two cute cushions. The appliqué in this project is put together using raw edge applique. The sky literally is the limit with this design, while not individualize the dolls in your version to represent little people who are special to you or using the shapes to make any number of new creations.
