In Stock: Show & Tell - Heirloom Quilt Kit
We’ve put together an adorable kit using Elizabeth Hartman’s Show & Tell quilt pattern! We chose the small quilt version, which includes four animals holding onto quilts, and it measures 45” x 57”. It’s full of adorable Liberty fabrics—because why not!!!! Please look at Alison’s sample in the shop and you won’t be disappointed!
This kit includes the fabric for the top in Liberty and Tilda fabrics, not including backing and batting.

A few weeks ago, we were inspired by a beautiful Maker Spotlight featuring a blue version of the Halo quilt pattern by Jen Kingwell. We created a kit inspired by that stunning quilt, and we're excited to let you know it's back in stock after selling through at the show!

This project is all about appliqué triangles, making it a fun and rewarding way to build your appliqué skills. If you've been curious about trying this technique, the Igor Pillow is the perfect place to start. Jen Kingwell's helpful tips make creating the triangles approachable and enjoyable, even if it's your first time.

Sew + Tell: Lesley’s Nest Embirdery
It's always fun to see what Lesley's working on—especially when it's stitched during a long road trip to Winnipeg!
She joked that some of her stitches aren't quite perfect, but that's part of the charm. Years from now, those little imperfections will remind her of this past road trip. Handmade projects have a wonderful way of capturing moments in time.

After making their debut at the quilt show, we're excited to finally have these beautiful Hidamari Sashiko threads and Circle Panels available in the shop!
Made in Japan, Hidamari threads are a joy to stitch with. Their smooth, 100% cotton construction comes in a gorgeous selection of solid, variegated, and ombré colours, making them perfect for sashiko, visible mending, embroidery, and other hand-stitching projects.
We've also added the Hidamari Circle Panels in both Off White and Navy. These pre-printed panels are a relaxing and satisfying project for stitchers of all skill levels—just choose your favourite thread colours and start stitching!
