New: Inspirations Studios: In Bloom Book & Inspirations Issue #127
We’re delighted to introduce In Bloom, the stunning debut book from Australian embroidery artist Ana Mallah, now available at Out of Hand.
Ana brings a garden’s full beauty to life in thread. New: Ron Collins’ Quilted Sneakers Class
We are happy to host garment sewing legend Ron Collins again in the fall for a one-of-a-kind workshop — and yes, it involves quilted sneakers!
Ron’s sample shoes are on display now, and they’re amazing — cozy, creative, and full of personality. In this one-session class, you’ll learn how to make your very own comfy, custom-fit sneakers using your favourite fabrics. It’s the perfect way to combine your love of quilting with wearable, everyday style. You’ll complete one shoe in class and take home everything you need to finish the second on your own.
There are two class dates to choose from: October 18 or October 23.
