Tame the Twist: Trim both ends of the thread, then moisten your fingers with water from a small dish or damp sponge. Gently pull on the thread - this will help reduce curling during use.

Sticky Solution: Those dampened ends will also cling together, making threading a breeze, especially with a large eye needle like the Clover chenille needle Marilyn is using in this example.

Marilyn’s Staff Pick

Staff Pick - *Marilyn’s*

Marilyn, our Liberty Lover! This week, she's chosen the enchanting Liberty of London Christmas Line - as her Staff Pick. As someone with a Liberty collection that's drool-worthy, it's no surprise she's smitten with this line! If Marilyn were a colour, she'd undoubtedly be aqua, matching her upbeat, friendly personality - so you can guess which colourway she is drawn to!

Where do you see Marilyn going with this collection? Fussy cutting for an EPP project? Machine piecing? Maybe some appliqué?!
