Val’s Upgrade Quilt from the Gathered Book is coming together so beautifully! We helped her pull fabrics to bring her vision to life using Hypernature from Art Gallery Fabrics — balancing soft teals, warm pinks, and playful prints into something that feels both bold and cohesive. She also incorporated Fanciful by Sharon Holland for the borders, which tied everything together so perfectly.
She’s officially chosen her backing and is now ready to tackle the longarming stage. This quilt is going to be such a showstopper once it’s finished!
One of our favourite things about Jen Kingwell patterns is seeing how differently everyone interprets them, and Val truly made this one her own.
