The cover quilt also uses some extra Halloween print fabric to give this quilt a scrappy look. It's a great way to use up any scraps you may have, but this extra fabric is not needed to complete the quilt
Fabric Requirements:
Nine fat quarters for the hats, buckles and bands
One solid black fat quarter for Star #1
One black/cream fat quarter for Star #2
3-3/4 yards for the background and sashing
1-3/4 yards for the boarder
4 yards for the backing
3/4 yard for the binding
